Shilah graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College. Her passion for massage therapy developed after receiving the benefits of massage therapy from athletic injuries. Using her knowledge of sports and the human body to assist her client's well-being and healing processes through a range of techniques that include; trigger point fascial release techniques, stretching, and joint mobilization. Through an assessed treatment plan, Shilah works with her clients toward their desired goals of rehabilitation and pain relief.
